After losing the original home in the Tubbs Fire, this new home in Santa Rosa will be constructed to meet Advanced Energy Rebuild standards, a program by Sonoma Clean Power and PG&E to rebuild homes with greater energy efficiency and fire resilience. The design features fire-resistant exterior materials, maximizes water and energy efficiency, and exceeds the current Title 24 energy code requirements.
